First off let’s be real. Who doesn’t like the word free?
We keep the property up to hotel grade cleanliness standards to ensure our guests are more than satisfied.
We send in a professional cleaning team 2-3x a week to deep clean the property.
We also handle any minor maintenance issues on the property. So not only will your property be kept in immaculate shapes, but there will also be significantly less wear and tear on the property compared to your average tenant.

Strict Guest Approval Process
We prioritize the safety and integrity of our properties, which is why we do not permit parties or unauthorized guests.
Only verified, pre-approved occupants are allowed access to ensure a quiet, respectful environment at all times.
To ensure our guests are compliant with our rules, we install security cameras on the outside of the property to ensure the guests entering the property match the description of the ID and background check we received.
We also install sound monitoring devices that will notify us if the sound in the property is over a certain decibel.
They’re designed to detect noise thresholds that might indicate parties or disturbances, without violating privacy.

Our Process
When we receive a reservation request, an email is then sent to our clients which require them to verify their identification and submit their information for a criminal background check.
The link provided takes them to our screening tool, Truvy.
Clients provide their full legal name, previous addresses, social security number and DOB.
Once completed, the full report is sent to Elmline Ventures where our compliance team reviews the results and makes a decision in accordance with our screening policy.
Clients are notified they will NOT receive the address and access code to the property until the background verification is complete.
